Do I need access to a gym?

No. We work with whatever equipment and space you have. Many Mindful Living clients train from home using just bodyweight and a few simple tools like resistance bands or dumbbells. If you have a gym membership, we’ll design your plan around the equipment you enjoy using.

I’ve tried so many programs. How is this different?

Mindful Living is designed around your real life, not an ideal one. We start with honest conversations about your schedule, stress, and energy, then build small, realistic commitments that compound over 12 weeks. You’ll also get mindset and nervous system tools so you’re not relying on willpower alone.

What if I have injuries or health conditions?

Safety comes first. During your assessment, we review your medical history, past injuries, and current limitations. We collaborate with your healthcare provider when needed and adjust movements, volume, and intensity so your plan supports healing instead of aggravating old issues.

How much time should I expect to commit each week?

Most clients start with 2–4 training sessions per week (20–45 minutes each), plus simple daily practices like walks, breathing exercises, or quick check-ins. We’ll design a plan that feels challenging but doable based on your capacity and season of life.

Can I pause or cancel my package?

Yes. After your initial 4-week phase, you can pause or cancel with a simple email. We don’t lock you into long contracts—you stay because the support is working, not because you’re stuck.
